Libya; the last border

As fighting continues in and around the Libyan capital of Tripoli, tens of thousands of guest workers in from Egypt, Tunisia, Bangladesh, Sudan and other countries continue to flee to the border of Tunisia. The situation has turned into a humanitarian emergency as Tunisia is overwhelmed with the workers. Different governments have begun to send aid to the area as well as flights to assist the repatriation to their countries of origin of worker.

In Libya the fighting between troops loyal to Colonel Qaddafi and the rebels continue both east and west of the country. The rebels desperately hope the international community support while troops loyal to Qadhafi continue its offensive to reclaim rebel strongholds.
